Doņa Ana Virtual Education (DAVE) is it right for me?

Online or virtual learning courses offer the convenience of taking courses using a personal computer and an Internet connection.  Although online and distance learning courses offer convenience of delivery, they can be very demanding.  You will have to be resourceful, manage your time wisely and discipline your work effort to succeed in online courses.  Before taking an online or distance learning course, consider your own capabilities and review the material below.

DAVE students can learn from their homes, or workplace; even from the other side of the world as long as computer and Internet connectivity are available.  Distance Education courses count towards your degree in the exact same way as classroom courses and are governed by the same core competencies.

Our Distance Learning courses may require at most three face-to-face meetings at specific times and locations.  Students may be required to attend DACC or other designated locations for presentations, midterms or final exams.  Alternative arraignments and proctoring is available and must be approved by the instructor.
